Refunds
- No refunds on film processing. Though if your entire roll comes out blank, you’ll get a 25% discount to make it hurt less (I know that feel 😉) and a full refund on scanning (as I won’t scan a blank roll).
- If you want to return your chemistry, you can. Ship it back to me and I’ll give you a full refund once I verified that everything is present. The return window is 30 days after reception.
- You’ll get your refund within 2 business days.
Warranty on repairs
- If you’ve brought me a camera to repair and it doesn’t perform as it should, I will do everything in my power to make it right, provided you come back within a month. For example, if your camera still has light leaks after I’ve replaced the seal, shoot me an e-mail with examples of bad negatives and you can come back at no charge for me to set your seals straight and give you a new roll of film.
